DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY​

Standard UK shipping is free of charge on all orders. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail signed for second class or My Hermes, which aim to deliver in 3-5 working days.

Multiple items may need to be sent separately & may arrive at different times.

You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed and then a dispatch email on the day your order is sent.

In the unfortunate case of a parcel being undelivered, a refund will not be issued until 30 days after dispatch.

RETURNS

We hope you will be delighted with your order, however if for some reason you need to return it, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving it. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and will only be refunded if returned in original packaging, in an undamaged and unused resaleable state.

You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product, but you will not receive a refund of the cost of returning the product to us. Always ask for a ‘Proof of Posting’ certificate when posting to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit.

Bespoke items are non returnable.

Sorry but we do not offer exchanges. Please return your item(s) for a refund & place a new order.
